Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q:Just what is a gourd?
A:This is the common name for some members of the Cucurbitaceae family, other relatives include cucumbers, squash, and pumpkins. After the growing season these ¿hard- shelled ¿gourds are dried, sometimes for several months.

Q:Will Gourdaments rot?
A:No, they have been dried and preserved and will have a lifespan similar to that of wood. Birdhouses and birdfeeders have 3 coats of an outdoor polyurethane. They can go outside. They will last longer if you bring them indoors in the winter unless you have a year round bird.

Q:How are the gourds made?
A:Each gourd is 100% handmade. After a gourd is washed, he/she goes for their clay work, wood burning, leather dye, carving and a ton of other gourd crafting techniques!
